Mayor Benjamin B. Magalong receives briefing from City Legal Office assistant city legal officer Melchor Carlos Rabanes on the circumstances that had surrounded the city’s marred bid to develop the city market since 1995. Magalong agreed to pursue moves for the termination of the city’s 1996 market development contract with Uniwide based on the recommendation of Rabanes to quash the deal in view of Uniwide’s insolvency.
