Mural along Engineer’s Hill vandalized by an infamous recidivist

Baguio artist Venazir Martinez in front of her NCCA-supported mural along Engineer’s Hill vandalized several days ago by an infamous recidivist, supposedly a body tattoo artist, sending an uproar to the art and creative community here.
Baguio City police though tracked down the culprit and brokered a dialogue between Martinez and the vandal, and agreed to collaborate to repair the mural, though not precluding cases to be lodged against the culprit.
