A Memorandum of Agreement signed by officials from Itogon, Tuba, Tublay and Kabayan between Beneco Board of Directors President Esteban Somngi Benguet Electric Cooperative to improve the street light in the said four municipalities as deterrent of criminalities , to improve peace and order.
The signing of the MOA was held last May 6,2021,with Itogon Mayor Victorio Palangdan Mayors Armando Lauro of Tublay and Clarita Sal-ongan of Tuba.
