Regional State Prosecutor Nonatus Cesar Rojas (R) officially installs Atty. Conrado Catral Jr. (L) as Baguio City Prosecutor on Monday during oathtaking rites at the Baguio City Justice Hall.
Catral Jr. has been officer-in-charge of the Baguio City Prosecutor’s Office for over two years now and is not new in the job of steering the Baguio City Prosecutor’s Office.
