This facility is critical in the delivery of concrete materials for the completion of the multi-million circumferential road network system .Once completed, it will benefit local residents, farmers, businesses and countless commuters to meet basic needs such social, medical, among others. Sections of the project with no construction works being undertaken due to the non-delivery of concrete materials caused by the
closure of the plant.
