SMART MOBILITY MASTER PLAN

Baguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong Nov. 12 receives the Baguio City Smart Transportation and Mobility Master Plan crafted by Singapore Technologies (ST) Engineering, a Singapore-based government-linked entity specializing in aerospace, electronics, land systems and marine sectors.
ST Engineering Philippines Projects Business Director Eric Wong turned over the master plan formulated by the company under a technical grant to the city government.
Magalong said the project is for integration to the city’s Smart City system which aims to achieve e-governance and address the city’s problems on traffic, peace and order and disaster management.
ST Engineering formulated and executed the transportation and mobility program of Singapore, the mayor said. The plan will be presented to the city council on Monday.
