Baguio City Vice-Mayor Faustino S. Olowan (Extreme Left) representing Baguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong together with Councilor Art Allad-iw, Baguio City Administrator Bonifacio dela Peña joins in the celebration of the 30th Taebaeksan Mountain Snow Festival in South Korea, purposely to strengthen the friendship between Taebaek City and Baguio City. The winter festival is happening from January 27-31, 2023 coupled with various events including the exhibition of large snowflakes, snow mountain climbing competition and a starlight festival.
