Peter Ng, Spring Festival chairperson, said all is set for the opening of Chinese Lunar Year of the Dog during the meeting held at Supreme Hotel on January 31, 2018 with volunteer groups who assisted in the traffic planning, formulation of the activities on February 5, 2018. Also present during the meeting are Shirley Marie Alano Ortega, President BB-PICAG; Bobot Bernabe Ortega; Neptali Marilla, Chairperson of Committee on Crowd Control; Insp. Oliver Panabang, chief Traffic Enforcement Unit (TEU), PCO Dexter I. Ominga, BCPO Station7 Commander.
