Baguio Water District Gen. Manager Engr. Salvador Royeca and other BWD board officers led by Chairperson Lawyer Renato Rondez and Vice-Chairperson Engr. Felino Lagman conducted an inspection of the water catchment facility in Mount Sto Tomas in Tuba, Benguet last Thursday (August 30).
