Graduation ceremony for NCII Driving students of Cordillera St. Joseph Ideal Vocational Driving and Assessment Center Inc. School in partnership with Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) was held at Function Hall, Porta Vaga Mall, Session Road, Baguio City on December 20, 2023. Present during the ceremony were TESDA-CAR Regional Director, Atty. Balmyrson M. Valdez , School Director, Atty. Richard B. Kilaan, Joliza Kilaan, Owner.
