Timpuyog Ti Baguio with Tres Amigos Francisco Roberto “Pacoy” Ortega VI (#38); Atty. Christian Villareal (#49); and Atty. Esteban Aclopen Somngi (#42) during the 3rd Ifugao Day with the Federation of Baguio –Benguet Ifugao Association, Inc.
The Tres Amigos introduced their platforms ahead of a public question to support planned development in Baguio City. The event was sponsored by Vladimir D. Cayabas (#15) on May 2, 2019 at the Baguio Ibaloi Heritage Park.
