Rotary Club of Metro Baguio District 3790 President Lumina L. Peil recognizes the eleven grassroots leaders of the City of
Baguio.
This is an annual activity of the Club to recognize those with exemplary performance and to uplift the role of the Barangays as a basic political society.

Lindaoan-Lucnab, Manolo L Llaneta-Scout Barrio, Nicanor N. Nialla-San Antonio Village, awarding held at Hotel Supreme on April 29, 2022.
