Benguet Congressman Eric Go Yap represented by Kapangan Mayor Manny Fermin receive a token from La Trinidad officials led by Mayor Romeo Salda and Vice Mayor Roderick Awingan during the main program of the 73rd Foundation Anniversary celebration recently.
