AKREDITASYON NG 7 PANG LOCAL ORGANIZATIONS PINAGTIBAY NG LUNGSOD

LUNGSOD NG BAGUIO – Pinagtibay ni Mayor Benjamin Magalong ang ilang city council measures sap
ag-apruba sa akreditasyon ng iba’t-ibang lokal na organisasyon bilang pagtugon sa Notice of Call for
Accreditation ng pamahalaang lungsod.

Inaprubahan ng mga Redolution nos. 431, 432, 433, 434, 435, 436, at 437, lahat ng2022, ang akreditasyon ng Seven Seven Hundred Seven Association of Baguio City Inc.; 7-700-7 Livingstone Communities Credit Cooperative; Community Local Travelers and Tours Transport Service Cooperative; SLU Extension Institute for Small Scale Industries Foundation Inc.; Cooperative Union of Baguio City and Luzon; Media for Sports Development Association Inc.; at ang Baguio- Benguet Market Plaza Cooperative MultipurposeEntrepreneurs Multipurpose Cooperative, ayon sa
pagkakasunod-sunod.

Nakita ng committee on appropriations and finance, cluster C, ng konseho ng lungsod sa 2nd indorsement
nito na may petsang 14 Sept. 2022, ang mga aplikante na sapat na naisumite at nakasunod sa lahat ng
requirements ng batas at inirekomenda ang kanilang akreditasyon. Amg mga akreditasyon ay hinawa alinsunod sa mga probisyon ng Local Government Code of 1991 at Implementing Rules and Regulations nito; at mga angkop na memorandum circulars ng Department of the Interior and Local Government.

Sinasabi ng mga resolusyon na ang mga organisasyon ay mas karapatdapat na ngayon para sa pagpili
bilang mga miyembro sa local special bodies ng lungsod na naaayon sa batas. Inutusan din ang mga
organisasyon na magsumite sa konseho ng lungsod ng kanilang annual accomplishment reports at
financial statements sa o bago ang Ika-20 araw ng bawat taon.
