Congressman Marquez Go, Vice-Mayor Faustino Olowan and City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office (CDRRMO) in-charge Engr. Felipe Puzon receive the command plaque from the Philippine Army, North Luzon Command (NOLCOM) through PAF 2LT Christoleon Reyes; during the city hall Monday flag raising ceremonies. With them are members of the city council and CDRRM Officer Julius Santos.
The CDRRMO was recognized as it provided “invaluable support and contribution that led to the unparalleled success in accomplishing the Northern Luzon Command’s mission as defenders of the north, guardians of sovereignty and protectors of the Filipino people.”
The NOLCOM is one of the Armed Forces Philippines’ unified commands; of soldiers, sailors, airmen, marines and civilian workforce.
