The unveiling of “A stone art dedicated to our Covid-19 FRONTLINERS held at the Upper Rizal Park with Gilbert Vergano Albert, the amazing sculpture Artist, (in white and with hat).
The unveiling was led by Mayor Benjie Magalong, Vice-Mayor Faustino Olowan and the members of the City Council right after the regular Monday flag raising ceremony.
