The Department of Health (DOH), through the Health Promotion and Communication Service (HPCS), has launched Health TV and distributed LED Screen TV to various municipal health offices and barangay health centers in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte last June 7, 2017. This shall intensify a wider reach and awareness on the programs and projects of the health bureau. MJTAB/PIA1
