The first two low rise tenement building for socialized housing for low income families of Baguio is set to rise in Barangay Irisan, Baguio City.

The cost of the Luna Terraces Housing of the initial two building is 50 million pesos with a total 60 units. Baguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong signed the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with National Housing Authority (NHA) Regional Director Region 1 and CAR Engr. Maria Belinda Sevalla, Monday morning.
