Department of Education-Cordillera Regional Director May B. Eclar (3rd from l) emphasized, “DepEd was recognized by the Commission on Audit through an Audit Observation Memorandum dated April 24, 2018 for the significant improvement in our budget allocation from 10% underutilization in 2016.
