BAGUIO CITY

4 DepEd medical doctors, 5 dentists, 16 nurses, and 5 dental aides have started their medical and
dental examinations for athletes and coaches on January 26, 2023 and ends on February 10, 2023 at Baguio Central School Covered Court and Clinic from 8:30AM- 5:00PM. To address the number of athletes per district, the SDO Baguio City announced through Division Memorandum 37, series 2023 a revised schedule of medical and dental examination for learners and coaches who will be
participating in the conduct of District Sports competition and Palarong Palungsod.

With this year Palarong Panlungsod, Schools Division Office will identify and select focus sports where the athletes can confidently compete. The winner-take-all policy will be applied in the representation of teams (Schools Sports Club) for team sports in the next competitions and advance to Regional Sports Meet. Medical and Dental team will ensure that all athletes must be mentally and physically fit. Aside from that, documentary requirements like AR1; Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate; Photocopy of SF10 with 1st Quarter Grades; Parental Consent Form; Medical and Dental Certificates shall be submitted in order to be qualified in the competition.
