Engr. Benito Espique, Regional Manager of National Administration- Cordillera (NIA-CAR) and the agency’s provincial managers recently meet to discuss important matters to include 2024 irrigation projects and updates on its monitoring effors and measures in coordination with Department of Agriculture -Cordillera (DA-CAR) and other government line agencies to mitigate the possible effects of El Nino. The meeting was held on March 6 at the NIA-CAR’s conference hall.
