IRRIGATION PROJECT, INCREASING FOOD PRODUCTION IN THE CORDILLERAS

Photo shows the completed 288.80-meter line canal of West Apayao Abulug Irrigation System (WAAIS) located in San Francisco, Luna, Apayao.
The project worth P13.7 million will benefit 147 farmers.
It is funded through the Repair,Rehabilitation, Restoration and Extension of National Irrigation System (RRRENIS) allocated to NIA-Cordillera.
