Man shoots drinking buddy in Abra

BAGUIO CITY (April 4, 2022) – Abra policemen are hunting down a villager who shot his drinking buddy at Sitio Lipit, Barangay Ubbog, Bangued, Abra’s capital Sunday evening.
Felix Buenavista Lomibao, from sitio Lipit, Lipcan, and Jocel Catalan Bolo alias “Negro” from Barangay Cabuloan, also in Bangued was drinking at around 11:30 PM when the latter shot Lomibao without any apparent reason.

Bolo immediately fled after the incident while Lomibao was rushed to the nearest clinic in Bangued for treatment from the gunshot wound on his chest.

Police investigators have yet to identify the caliber of the firearm used by Bolo.
