MEAT AND FISH INSPECTION

The city’s Meat and Fish Inspectorate Team’s latest joint inspection resulted to the confiscation
of at least 56.1 kgs of stale fish which are no longer safe for human consumption, according to the Environmental Health and Sanitation Division. The team regularly inspects stalls at the city’s public and satellite markets to ensure that food being sold are safe for the protection of consumers.
