For the first time after 28 years of Panagbenga Festival the Regasco fuel company and the LPGMA Partylist led by its Rep.Arnel Ty abd casts of Batang Quiapo join in the float parade held along Session road down to Melvin Jones grandstand in Burnham Park where tourist can have a public viewing all the 34 flower floats. Ty and the Batang Quiapo take advantage in educating the people around about the safety of fuel tanks.
