SACLEO yielded two for Violation of RA 9156

BAGUIO CITY – Through the intensified implementation of the Simultaneous Anti-Criminality and Law Enforcement Operations (SACLEO) of the Baguio City Police Office(BCPO) resulted to the arrests of two drug personality in separate buy bust operations last January 17, 2020.

BCPO under the supervision of the City Director, PCOL ALLEN RAE F CO arrested two (2) individual for violation of RA 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002).

In a report to the City Director, operatives of BCPO in coordination with PDEA arrested Nicole Anne Bermisa Cabarlo, 25 years old, single, jobless, native of Binmaley Pangasinan and a resident of Upper Market, Baguio City in a buy bust operation conducted at about 2:00 PM of January 17, 2020.

The arrested suspect sold one (1) sachet of suspected shabu weighing more or less(MOL) 0.5 grams worth P 2,500 to a Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) operative who posed as buyer.
Recovered in the possession of suspect were the buy bust money and two(2) sachets of suspected shabu weighing MOL 5 grams each and the suspects cellphone.

Also, Ryan Tagiba Tictica, 30 years old, farmer and a resident of Lamut Beckel, La Trinidad, Benguet was arrested in a buy bust implemented at about 9:10 PM of January 17, 2020 along the stairs of Peter’s Computer and Laundry Shop, No. 24 Kayang, Hilltop, Baguio City.

Accordingly, the suspect sold two(2) sachets of shabu weighing MOL 0.3 grams worth P 1,000 to an operative of Station 7 who posed as buyer.

Recovered from the suspect were the buy bust money and one transparent plastic sachet containing an alleged shabu. Pertinent papers are being for separate cases for Violation of Sec.5,11,12 of Article II of RA 9165 to be filed at the City prosecutors office.
