Sangguniang Bayan resolution adopting Valle and Ocampo Turnover

Mark Lester Menor Valle who traces his roots in San Carlos City, Pangasinan and Bauang, La Union; and his partner, Carla Samantha Pulido Ocampo who traces her roots in Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija and Sanchez Mira, Cagayan were adopted as Ifontok.
Bontoc Mayor Franklin C. Odsey and Vice Mayor Eusebio S. Kabluyen turnover the Sangguniang Bayan resolution adopting Valle and Ocampo on September 28, 2020, at the Bontoc Municipal Capitol grounds.
As adopted children of Bontoc, Valle was given the name “Ngawit” while Ocampo was named “ Khayapon”.
