National Youth Commission Northern Luzon Cluster head Armando Angeles Jr (left) and Comelec-Baguio City election officer Atty John Paul Martin (right) held a forum on do’s and dont’s for SK aspirants in the city. Majority of the attendees are running for various SK positions in the City’s various barangays. Martin reports that around 7 barangays in Baguio City have no SK aspirants who filed for candidacy while some have vacant chairman and kagawad positions. Comelec said that the DILG will appoint or may hold special elections for the SK vacant positions.
