City Councilor Elaine Sembrano, member of the city council market committee, along with Engr. Ruben Cervantes, assistant chief of City Environment and Parks Management Office, and Market Superintendent Fernando Ragma Jr. conduct an inspection at the Baguio City Market, giving warnings to all market vendors not to use plastic bags. The City Council will conduct a public consultation on the full implementation of the total plastic ban in the city on May 9, 2018 at the multi-purpose hall of the Baguio City Hall.
