Bahong Barangay Health Emergency Response Team Leader and Punong Barangay Belmer Elis receives the first dose of the AstraZeneca Vaccine during the roll out of the vaccination program of the local government unit of La Trinidad at the Benguet State University on Thursday, March 18, 2021.
