Father who raped his own young daughter captured in Quirino province

BAGUIO CITY (October 4, 2021)—- A man wanted for repeatedly raping his minor daughter and logged as Women and Children Protection Desk (WCPD) Top 10 Most Wanted Person – Regional level, was caught at his residence in Aglipay, Quirino Saturday.

Rufino Kimmayong, 49, married, police said,  sexually molested his own 11-year old child on four occasions in June, July and September 2020.

A series of monitoring and coordination with the Barangay Intelligence Network (Bin) and the police tracker team of the Aglipay town police with the  support  of Provincial Intelligence Unit, Quirino Police Provincial Office, Regional Intelligence Unit 2, CIDG Team Quirino, 1st Quirino Provincial Mobile Force Company and the 142SAC, 14SAB, PNP SAF led to the success in locating Kimmayong.

The warrant for the arrest of Kimmayong issued by Presiding Judge Remalie Corbe-Cardenas, RTC Branch 32, Cabarroguis, Quirino dated February 24, 2021 was for four (4) counts of  Rape docketed under Criminal Case Numbers 4054-2021, 4055-2021, 4056-2021 with no bail recommended while Criminal Case Number 4057-2021 recommends a bail of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (P200,000.00).

Kimmayong was taken by the Aglipay town police and was turned over to the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology in Cabarroguis, Quirino.
