Make children hungry for more through reading

Now days, young people hardly know the joy of reading and spending time going through interesting books, mainly because of the advancement in technology.
Everybody just seem to be hooked- up with their phone screens either at work or at home. This is an undeniable reality of the world we live in.
Reading reduces stress and avoids depression. It makes us feel relaxed at least at the time when we are reading. Reading diverts our mind towards positivity and allows us to think better.
Let us be mindful that reading to our children reduces communication gap for it builds a great, stronger bond in building a healthy relationship with your children.
When a young person starts reading, they become not only better in reading but also develop a mature thinking which makes them wiser.
A good deal of thinking is beneficial for the betterment of students. Reading to students helps them learn to listen. It essentially stimulates their imagination and broadens their understanding of the world.
Parents and teachers must drive students to read and motivate them to do so. For all we know, once they start, it will make them hungry for more.
