NEW MOBILE X-RAY LAB IN LA TRINIDAD TO BENEFIT 16 BARANGAYS

Access to basic imaging and laboratory services has been a challenge. But with the acquisition of a new multi-million worth of mobile x-ray and laboratory unit, it will be a thing of the past. Local health official said the mobile unit provide free check x-ray, screenings tests for HIV, Hepatitis B B (Hb Sag), among others. Municipal Health Officer

Agpas said, “With the purchase of the Mobile X- ray puwedeng regular na ang pag-ikot natin sa lahat ng 16 barangays.’ The recent announcement came as the capital town marks World Tuberculosis (TB) Day in advance. This innovative approach is aimed at enhancing TB detection and treatment across the 16 barangays of La
Trinidad, allowing for immediate treatment and reducing the risk of infection spread. The mobile unit is set
operate once its licensed is released by concerned agency, health official said.
