Caba District Hospital (CDH) Nurse Chona B. Gachallan teaches Lola Teresita R. Sudiaca on gentle sitting exercises to improve mobility and prevent falls during the CDH Senior Citizen Home Visit Outreach Program on September 20, 2019 at Barangay Las-Ud and Poblacion Sur, Caba, La Union.

A total of seven senior citizens benefitted on the said activity. Home Visit Community Outreach Program is a monthly activity of CDH as a way of giving back to the community, true to CDH’s hospital brand “Service with Compassion” and achieves the Provincial Government of La Union vision of a Happy La Union and Healthy La Union by 2022.
