Freddie L. Cruz has been granted a permit under Sec. 31 of city ordinance No. 18, s. 2016,as per provision to the City Environment Code. The permit allows him to conduct on-the-spot sketch as the Post Office on November 19, 2023. The permit is specifically for the use of parks, photo shoots, special events and health wellness activities on the specified date.
